Description of Activity: A slow moving martial art from Taoist traditions. We will study Yang style Tai Chi and begin by leaning the basic 24 form.
Benefits: Tai Chi is scientifically proven to improve balance and prevent falls. Tai Chi is also an amazing way to relieve stress, improve body-breath coordination and build strength and flexibility.
